1) We will refuse to do a customer if they are aggressive or drunk on our premises
2) Customers who continue to not cancel or turn up for their appointment will eventually be removed from the app. To make an appointment you will have to come in to the shop and pay up front.
3) Customers who do not cancel or turn up to their appointment will be charged a fee on their return.
